It was our first time here. My daughter was nervous about this visit. The Doctor did a great job connecting with my daughter and making her feel comfortable. She was kind, listened and empathic.

My children have been going to this clinic for a bit over 8 years. My daughter outgrew the clinic because of her age but she loved going. My son still gets seen and will continue until he outgrows as well. Very rare when we have to wait for my son to be seen. He went in today for his physical and we were in and out in about 35 minutes. We love their service and definitely their care. I don't want to jinx it but not one bad experience have we had at the clinic. Thank you CCOEP.❤️

I have been going to children’s clinic of El Paso with Dr. Azarcón for years since my first born now a teenager and they have always helped me out with all my questions. She asks me if I have any questions during my appointments and listens and explains and even talks to my kids not just me. Listens to their needs and what they are comfortable with. Staff is nice as well patient with my kids.

I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was born, 12 years. The staff is very friendly. My daughter was not looking forward for today’s check up and doctor made her feel very comfortable and at ease. She didn’t even mind the 2 shots she received today. 👍😀 Thank you!

I have been coming to this clinic for 20 years now. The staff is very friendly and they attend to my kids awesomely. I live in the north east and do not mind the 25 minute drive. I definitely recommend this clinic for your children.

I recently changed my kids dr. I have to say I’m very satisfied with my kids new dr at Children Clinic. The dr is an expertise, compassion, thoroughness, very clear communication, attentiveness, I definitely would recommend.

Called in for my child to be seen as a walk in and they were able to get me in with in 2 hours. The wait time overall was about 1.5 hours since I arrived. The tv in lobby is a little loud in my opinion, and makes it hard to hear staff calling your child's name. But over all very satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Azarcon was my pediatrician growing up and now she’s the pediatrician for my children. She’s always so kind and joyful and listens to my concerns. She has such a friendly face and smile my kids are always excited to see her.

Dr Patricia Azarcón is professional and attentive to all her patients. She Attends each of her patients well and fast, all the nurses are respectful. The installations are clean and organized.

Dr. Azarcon-Samonte is a great doctor that cares for her patients. Whether you need a wellness appointment, a case of hives, or pneumonia, her focus is on the wellbeing of the kids. Her staff is friendly, and they do their best to help the families. She’s been my children’s provider from the beginning, and they’ll continue to go until they no longer can because they are all grown up.

Dr. Always attentive and patient very helpful and explained everything to detail. My son loves his Dr. They always treat him well and with care from the front , nurses and Dr. I’ve had my 3 kids there since birth and would not change DR.

Dr. Leslie Cortez is amazing! Been coming here for 3 years and they have consistently provided expert services. Not only that but they helped me so much in providing my son all the medical equipment he needs. I highly recommend this clinic 🙌

“Giving 4 stars because the doctors are great—they really focus on seeing your children personally. However, it’s been hard here in El Paso to actually see the doctors, as most visits end up with the nurse practitioner instead. Also, some staff can come across as unfriendly or cold, especially toward kids, which is disappointing for a pediatric office. Staff attitude plays a big role in how comfortable families feel and whether they want to come back. A warmer, more welcoming approach would make a big difference.

Love this place !! They are all polite and welcoming every-time i walk in to their clinic feeling anxious about my sons health they put me at ease my answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns

It was fast I didn't have to wait.They tested my son for Covid and strep the result were fast too. I liked i didn't stay long.

Great experience for going to a first time doctor visit for my twins. As a first time dad they made us feel welcomed, acknowledged, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.

good service Dr. Azarcon is really nice and patient with my little ones they felt comfortable with her. im recently changing from another Dr. that is good as well but do to moving loction I had to switched them, but one thing i can tell you is that my kids felt really comfortable with Dr. Azarcon checking on them.

Switching to this pediatric doctor office was the best decision I ever made. When I called to make an appointment for my girls being sick they scheduled us right away. They saw both my daughters immediately and did not keep us waiting a long time to get seen once in the doctor office. At other facilities they would keep us waiting a long time so I loved this right off the bat. The staff is so nice and patient with my girls. Loved them! Highly recommend. You will not regret it❤️

I switched pediatricians after ours of almost 15 years suddenly closed his doors. It came at the perfect time as we were having a lot of issues with their office and since switching, it's a night and day difference. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable they have always been so accommodating. I highly recommend if you're looking for accessible, high quality care.

I just want to say how much I absolutely adore the team at Dr Patricia’s Clinic. Today we were seen by the NP and she’s an absolute dream. Always is. She asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. What I love the most is they know my husband is also in healthcare and instead of shutting him down they listen to him and his own assessment. They actually take the time to test my daughter to properly diagnose her. And properly prescribe her what she needs to recover. And in the process make her feel comfortable and show compassion. My oldest is almost 17 and I’ve never had a bad experience. All the staff was pleasant from beginning to end. And we also had the Dr greet us at the window while she talked to my daughter. They have two locations. East and west. We go to both. West seems to always be less packed.
